SPIRIT WEAR is now available! The School Spirit Committee along with the student body and Ms. Pinkerton have given the Kent Primary School a new identity to complete the transition from a K-2 to a K-4 school. They went to the students and asked them for suggestions on what they would like to see as a mascot for their school…and thus the Eagle soared! The children also selected their school colors…how fitting, two of our Primary colors, Blue and Golden Yellow, were chosen. The last piece to our new identity was the motto…this was very important to the team, they wanted it to be creative and represent the key values of KPS. So when you see KPS it will not only stand for our school name Kent Primary School…it will stand for what we want and our school will offer to our children - Knowledge, Pride, Success ! You Can Help Throughout the Year...
In addition to the fall and spring fundraisers, the KPS PTO has three programs that continue throughout the year:
Do your normal shopping, buy your usual purchases, but do it with gift cards from Scrips! You pay the same amount, and retailers contribute $$$ to our school! Get more details here.
Did you know that the Kent Primary school can earn technology points just by recycling your old products you would be just throwing away ?

Our school participates in the General Mills Box Tops for Education program. The money we raise through this program will help us purchase computer hardware for our school. All you need to do is collect the box tops from participating General Mills cereals, snacks, and Yoplait Yogurt multipacks. Clip the box top logos and send them to school with your children.
